Solved OUTBOUND DIALLER NOT WORKING

Hello, I have a 3cx pro edition Version 20.0 Update 1 (Build 731 Release) and an outbound dialer is not working. Attached is a screenshot from the logs. kindly advise why it is not working and it was initially working in version 18.

What is the assigned ownership of the file/folder?

You need to change to phonesystem and make another attempt.

It works. Thanks. The issue was the folders ownership. It now works
