What is the goal? Because you cannot do that yourself.

A CFD Dialer can tho.

Our team will place calls to our customer manually. Once customer picks up call, they will hear IVR. Then if they interested in talking to our sales team, ivr will place a call to one of our available agent.

Your team cannot make a call and tell it to answer from an IVR. Only a dialer can do that. However, that dialer can be controlled from whatever source. Therefore, you can use a CRM, a database or a webservice to query the number(s) to call.

I strongly suggest you look at it as it's the only way.

Creating a dialer is a big task. Creating a production level dialer is a REALLY big task. The examples linked by @ConceptsWeb are a good starting point, but they are exactly that... a starting point. Even at that, it will take a considerable effort to follow the examples and publish the application if you are not already familiar with building Call Flow Designer applications. But this is really your only option.

Under the covers, the Call Flow Designer uses the 3CX Call Control API to invoke a "MakeCall" method. With this function you supply the extension number of the IVR and the phone number of the external party and 3CX places the call for you.

After looking at the supplied examples above, if that looks like more work than you want to tackle, you may want to consider looking at our 3CX Power Dialer tool. It will do what you are trying to achieve with far, far more flexibility than the basic CFD examples. We provide an easy interface for importing / linking to a database of contacts. We enable you to easily schedule a start / end time, and log all the activities of the dialer including whether the call was successful. Our dialer also can perform email and SMS campaigns at the same time.
