Hello,
We just established a new SIP Trunk with a VoIP provider.
- Our Main Number (e.g. 11111) is different than our Auth ID that is used for the SIP TRunk Registration (e.g. 22222).
- We have configured a Caller ID of 11111 for that SIP Trunk
- We also have the following Outbound Parameters:
From, Display Name = Outbound Caller ID
From, User Part = Custom Field = 11111
The outbound INVITE requests are fine:
From: "11111"<sip:[email protected]:5060>
Outbound REGISTERs however, have the Authentication ID in the From headers no matter what configuration changes we have tried:
From: "11111"<sip:[email protected]:5060>
Is there any way that we can manipulate the SIP From, USer Part in the outbound REGISTER messages?
We would wish to only use the SIP Auth ID in the SIP Authorization header.
Regards,
George
