Hi,
I use the least version (Enterprise Edt.) build 5.0.3790.
When I call a external number with (+xx) international prefix the specific outbound roule isn't parsed from 3CX IP PBX.
The roule that I've created stripes the + sign in the number and preappend double zero (00) to xx.
I verified that this occours with various VOIP device where it's possible type the + sign (for exaple Linksys WIP 330 o Nokia E series).
When I use the same international prefix from outlook (number in E164 format) all works fine.
For my local country (Italy +39) I not have any problems. (I think because I configured in General menu --> E164 options the option for striping the local contry code).
In the previous 3CX release 3.1.2434, I not have any problems with similar roule.
For example, the log for a call to Germay, show:
12:50:35.629 Call::Terminate :[CM503008]: Call(155): Call is terminated
