I have setup outbound rules with prefix from 1 to 8.
e.g.
company A prefix 1 to dial out
company B prefix 2 to dial out
so on and so forth
however, when I use a 2 digit prefix say 55 and striping the 2 digit from begining of the number is will not dial out.
when I look at the dialer it seems to remove only 1 digit even though I have define to remove 2 digit.
e.g. dialing 550298765432 it dials out 50298765432 - hence calls fail.
however, the prefix rule with single digit prefix and stripping 1 digit works fine.
Is there an extra step I need to take to make 2 digit prefix to work?
