Hello, community,
I have integrated my 3CX with a Cisco call manager, now I have one challenge on Outbound Caller ID.
When I call from 3CX to Cisco, the Outbound caller ID shows the main SIP number, what I need is for each user to display their extension as the Outbound ID.
How do I achieve that? Note that I have 2 other SIP trunks for my carrier that is used to call customers and allow them to call back, Outbound ID is working well on that.
Please advise
