Hello,
I am in need of some assistance/clarification.
I am in the process of looking at changing where we are hosting out 3CX tenancies to Microsoft Azure. I have migrated my test tenancy across and its all working fine except i cant send emails.
I am using a custom SMTP server.
This license is a free license and i am aware custom SMTP isn't on this version but once you set it up during the professional trial at the start of the free license and the license then reverts to free is still works. same thing as the custom FQDN. This has been working fine on the existing hosting platform we are using.
On Azure i can see that everything is programmed correctly but i get the below errors when i try and test the SMTP.
"Exception of type 'ManagementConsoleJS.Exceptions.ObjectNotFoundException' was thrown"
or
"A task was canceled."
I have also checked the outbound firewall rules and nothing is blocked.
If anyone can assist me with this it would be much appreciated.
