Outgoing call problem

Hi,

I have a "little" problem with my new 3CX's installation.
I opened all the ports which are writen on the documention, on my router's firewall and :
- the internal calls are working (between extension)
- incoming calls ware working tool
- the firewall checking is good without errors

but the outgoing calls are not working
"Destination not found' on the 3CX's softphone on windows

on 3CX's logs :
STUN request to resolve SIP external IPort mapping is sent to STUN server 96.9.132.83:3478 over Transport 192.168.xx.xx:5060

I tried a lot of configuration but without success
Maybe someone have the solution...
