Hi,
I am using a Quintum Tenor as 400 series gateway that I'm trying to use for terminating the Pstn analog calls for local.
Incoming calls are working fine. I can call the local toll number and the call gets routed fine to the extension or digital recepationist that i specify in the PBX.
The problem is with the OUTGOING calls, it doesn't matter which extension i am using or type of phone, it just doesn't work.
But here is the funny part, I call my cellphone from a 3CX soft phone extension and the call gets routed out the Quintum gateway, the gateway receives the request and makes the call and the cellphone rings, but when i answer on the cellphone, the gateway does not notify the PBX that the call has been answered. So the PBX triggers the Error: NO ANSWER on the log and the call gets terminated.
I have tried all settings on the gateway and at this point i need somebody that knows how POTS lines tell the gateway that a call has been answered, by the way the gateway is configured to US tone and profile standards.
The gateway has a answer supervision option, but still even enabled, doesn't tell the pbx the call is answered.
Here is a sample of what i get.
