I have a client with a Centurylink PRI connected to 3cx with a Patton gateway. Within the past few days, the outbound CNAM has started showing our internal extension names rather than the business name. Some google-fu suggests this is a PRI option called CNAM pass through that somehow just started working or perhaps was just enabled by Centurylink.
Which trunk configuration field would I need to amend to send the business name as outbound CNAM? And is there a specific way the data needs to be formatted?

Trunk Settings, Outbound Parameters, one of the From fields typically.

There would of almost certainly been a change made somewhere if this occurred just recently. I would first look at what @cobaltit has suggested, this guide here in fact covers all the configurable outbound fields in 3CX trunks: https://www.3cx.com/docs/sip-trunk-outbound-calls/

That would be my first suspicion. They may have been sending a name from their database (or picked up from another) previously. I would contact them to confirm rather than speculating. I have generally found that when a provider allows name to be sent, it us usually the first one introduced in the chain...so from the set itself, if one is datafilled.
