We are having significant issues trying to configure presence across devices.
In a nutshell I want an entry in my calendar set to Out of Office for maybe a meeting and be shown as DND on 3CX. If I want a calendar reminder or perhaps I have booked out some time for paperwork but do not mind a call then I want to set it to Busy on Outlook and 3CX does nothing. All setupable on 3CX
This was working up until around 1 month ago, I could setup the various types and on an individual User turn off Teams making updates to 3CX but the Outlook calendar would still update 3CX. Now however no matter the settings if I set a calendar entry to Out of Office, Teams changes to Out of Office but the stupid presence nonsense then also has Availible which then causes 3CX to be Availible. How are people getting around this issue other than manually setting things?
