Solved Outlook plug in integration

Running 3cx Version 15.5 standard. It was recently upgraded from version 14 by our reseller.

After the upgrade to version 15.5 one of the contact address books in outlook is not listed in the 3cx plugins manager. We have more than one contact address book/folder. Even after refreshing to retrieve all available contact folders it does not show up.

When we were running version 14 this book was displayed and allowed 3cx to dispay the callter contact info when a call was received.

How do I get this address book to show up in the micro soft outlook plugins manager listing?

Solved: The location of the folder must be at the mailbox level. The folder that was not showing up was at the mailbox\contacts level.
