Paging and iOS App

When I page, extensions that are registered with the iOS app get a pushed notification for a call, and then a missed call for a page. Can this be disabled? Paging should probably not go to the iOS app at all.

IOS App is a SIP client. Depending on how you do paging, if it is direct the system should send the call to the phone. If using multicast, then the IOS app should ignore it unless it is on the same network as the multicast paging.
