Paging causes calls on SP lines to drop

Good afternoon, My customer reached out to me stating that when they use the paging group i created to page all that calls that are parked on any SP line are dropped. The system is hosted in my AWS Lightsail and have a 8SC Pro license. I have not see any errors in teh logs, so I am not too sure what it could be. I do plan on going to the site to see it happen. Any suggestions?
