how to disable paging feature?

also, in this field " Calls transferred from voicemail will be routed here " in voice mail, which extension to be used ?

Just go to the dial codes and remove the paging dial code.





If you listen to the default voicemail message given to callers it says "Record your message and press # or press * to contact the operator" Pressing the * button will transfer the caller to the highlighted extension here.

so, i should choose the contact center management extension ? as it's a global configuration
currently I'm using my extension

Its up to you who you select. This could be a receptionist phone for example, or someone who is willing to take random calls for people around the company when people dont want to leave them a voicemail.
