Paging/Walkie Talkies

My customer is wanting to use Walkie Talkie feature with either Wifi Cordless phones or Android/Iphone. Has anyone had any luck doing this? I would love a rugged phone/device. Maybe a SIP walkie talkie?

What does this after to do with 3CX? Or was this supposed to read 'What 3CX supported devices support walkie-talkie mode?'
