Partner Forum?

Hi Everyone,

Is there a partner forum? I wanted to reach out to other partners/resellers and ask questions about the sales process but wasn't sure what is the appropriate forum category.

3CX if there isn't one, can you add a new category for Partners?

It seems like the forums are able to identify which users are partners (it listed it under our avatars).
Honestly, it doesn't matter to me if it is secure or limited to only certain users -- I just don't want to fill up the regular forums with non-technical issues.

There used to be a partner forum but it was killed off to encourage partners to participate in the free support model of the forums.

I guess that makes sense. Maybe there should be a "Sales" Category?
Or do you think is it ok to post threads that are non-technical in the General category?

It's something we keep asking for, hopefully one day we will have a Partner Forum again.

i think you should add Gold partners on the forum too, i mean we are required to be Advanced certified, we just sell a bit less but we know as much as anyone else and can contribute on the same level imho.

Ok, well I guess that's cool.... but honestly, the Titanium / Platinum partners probably don't need help via the forums. If 3CX wants to help the lower partners grow to higher level partners, it would be great if we could get some help too. I was hoping to ask some of the more experienced partners questions about to help with the sales process.

For example, for my customers, the cost of the physical phones makes sales more difficult. They want the physical phones (not just a softphone) but coming up with a large initial purchase can be difficult. I was researching offering a leasing option (or some sort of payment plan) so that they could pay for the phones over a year or two. Has anyone done this? Are there any great leasing/financing companies that others recommend (USA based)?

I am happy to post questions like this in the general forum thread but I thought it was more appropriate to have it somewhere else.
