I have and use the viop gateway Patton SN-4114 - config generated from 3CX, and imported to SN-4114
in 3CX line status i can see extensins (work OK) and generated PSTN lines (cant make a call)

problem: no tone on FXS port's and i can not make a call from this port's

Only me have this problem????
Once more, do I have right?
On 3CX system I add PSTN lines (Patton SN4114) and created config. import into Patton with factory default settings. After that I expect that I can make a call with other extensions on the system, and 4 devices on patton.

It is possibly a problem with the call progress tones settings on the Patton but I am afraid I have no idea what they should be for Croatia. Have you tried the help on Patton's site?

If you telnet the Patton rather than http to it you can turn on debugging functions and see what is happening when you try and place a call.

You could also try posting the server logs here and someone may be able to help further.

Did you check your outbound rules for that gateway? Dial 8 or dial 9 etc?

The 3CX template system for the SN-4114 is designed for this model: SN4114/JO/EUI

It is the 4xFXO model.

Is the model you are using?

The SN-4114/JS/EUI is effectively NOT A GATEWAY.

It is a 4-port ATA device.

You will need to configure this device manually.
