Hi

We're using a Patton 4120 ISDN gateway. We have a fully working system, however on inbound calls the leading 0 is stripped by the Patton gateway, hence caller IDs are displayed without 0. What do I nned to do to get the 0 to display in caller IDs?

This is common on most Patton analogue & ISDN gateways, and can be fixed very quickly ...

Log onto the IP address of the gateway with your browser ...
In the 'Telephony' section, choose the 'Call-Router' link.
Select the 'Configuration' tab.
Scroll to the bottom and you'll see the E.164 Number Prefixes section ...
Tick the two boxes for national & International Prefixes, and then select the green tick to the right to apply the change.
Save the configuration ...

Incoming calls will then show the leading zero on your phone display.

Thanks Graham
