Patton PRI Gateway

Hello,

Have a question regarding the support for Patton PRI gateways. The new models only come on Trinity software and on the supported gateway page, it specifies that the trinity software is not supported. Any one using these gateway without issues? What are the other alternative?

You should be able to downgrade from trinity to smartware. Here is the link to downgrade the software

Hi Pitrickzul,

Alternately I do have Patton written templates for 3CX for the Trinity devices. Where they are not currently officially supported by 3CX they do work without issue and should be hopefully included in the foreseeable future.

If you want them drop me a PM and I will send through.

Also just as a note on the Patton downgrade manual above. This applies only to models that support SmartWare in the first place. New models are Trinity only.
