Anyone know if this can do 4 fxo instead of the 2 fxs?

If you are asking if the ports are interchangeable the answer is no but they do make a 4 port FXO:

I concur with @cobaltit however what I would say is that you are better off opting for Trinity based 4141 FXO since they are the most current models and thus would be supported for longer:

Oh I didn't realize they changed the part number. I thought it was just software.

If you are referring to the line about Trinity models being un-supported I believe all the Smartware guides actually need checking and amending for this statement.
