Patton SN4634 - what soft version recommendation?

I will soon upgrade two Patton SN4634. They're equipped with the default initial 4.2 release. I run 3CX version 7 (licensed). What would seem the best soft version to upgrade to? The latest 4.2 or 5.1 ? 5.2 ? What is the experience of those of you running that same product?

It is recommended to use the firmware R4.2 dated September 2008.
