Hi guys - New to the 3cx scene. Here's my issue below:
1.) I've installed and configured 3cx and the SN4970A with the latest templates. (https://www.patton.com/files/support/3cx-templates)
2.) Uploaded the configuration file to the Gateway.
3.) T1 is in 0/0. When plugged in the port light comes on and the line says UP in the Patton Gateway (SN4970A). VOIP light on the Gateway is also lit.
4.) 3Cx sees the Trinity Gateway and is green.
5.) In the gateway there is a GREEN status bar that say OUTBOUND is 100%. (Gateway is on 3.17.1-20044).
6.) When trying to make an outbound call im faced with this and a short busy tone.

I also see this a lot in the logs after a reboot.

I don't know what I'm overlooking. It just denies the call.
Framing on the T1 is set to (superframe) if set to extedned-superframe the T1 does not light up and says a status of DOWN. Encapsulation signaling protocol is ni2.
Just need some input. I think its something small that I'm missing or overlooking
Thanks in advance.
