Hi all --
Disclaimer, I am very new to 3cx and the intricacies of VoIP.
I have a instance of 3CX PBX Express (via the web wizard etc) and I have subscribed to an "approved SIP provider" for 1 SIP trunk.
We are suffering from repeated and random SIP deregistration and registration. The SIP provider has advised that:
1) The SIP re-registration time out was to low at 60 seconds and to change to between 180-240 seconds (this is done)
2) To edit advise the firewall provider to allow outbound SIP to 2 public ranges.
I have completed #1 easily but #2 i have no idea how i can do this on a PBX Express instance?
I cant find documentation about the 3CX PBX Express instance specifically which addresses how i managed the instance opposed to the PBX.
Another thing is that the IP is dynamic in the PBX Express (highlighted red) which I would like to change (i think thats best - right?) yet i cannot see /have access to change this detail?
Can anyone please shed some light.
Many thanks
Anthony
