PBX Express on AWS - Can not connect to API. Check credentials

Hello,

I´m trying to deploy 3CX in our AWS account using PBX Express. I created the user at IAM, but when I select Amazon - AWS from PBX Express, the follow error occur:

It says no VPC found. Do you have a VPC in the region you're trying to use? You need one and normally one is already there but we never know.
