PBXExpress machine type fail on Azure Cloud

Please friends, I'm trying to use pbxexpress to provision my 3CX in Azure, but by selecting my region (at the end of the steps) and the list of machine types for several regions including mine that is Brazil South is not displayed. Can you confirm if it is a temporary fault or restriction?

Are there certain instance types that aren't available in your region? It could be that the type specified by PBExpress doesn't run in your region.
