pdf reports in v20 as in v18 for calls

In v20 I have no more pdf reports as in v18 , only csv files. I need now a separate tool to count my calls . Are the pdf reports coming back soon ? It would be very helpfull. Or has 3cx a usable tool for this to analyse the reports in Excel

Excel is a powerful tool on its own.. very capable enough to count calls in Excel. You can import your CSV in to PowerBI too.
