I saw where someone else was having this issue but the 3CX contact replied to them directly I suppose. We have found that people who have DND enabled can still be reached by page with no real way to prevent it. We've tested internally to verify that you could actually page through DND and you can. We've tried using paging groups with our test user in DND and we've tried using dial codes with "Can Intercom" right enabled.

System Info:

Debian 9

3CX 16 Update 5

I had a customer report the same thing today. Receiving pages while in DND. Don't know if this is a new development? Tested & confirmed on my own phone. (Fanvil x7c) as well as other manufacturers.

If you use the DND ON dial code *61, this will stop paging being received on the phone. (*60 for OFF)

BUT the phone DND indicator does not turn on when using the dial code, AND the status still shows available in the web client, etc. So that creates a bigger problem then it solves. (Becomes very easy to think you're set to available when you're not.)
And vice-versa if you put yourself into DND status by a client/or DND button. The *60 dial code will announce that DND is off, but it doesn't change the status off of DND.

You would have to be in the habit of doing BOTH methods every time you turned DND on/off in order to make this a functional solution.

I'm hoping someone else has a better answer/explanation of what happening, & the proper resolution.
