Phone 1 Rings, then phone 2 and 3 + Phone 1 Ring

Hello,

I cannot work this out for some reason and hoping someone can help me. We are a Agricultural Company and do not use Agents, using Ring Groups.

I am trying to get a call flow working where phone one keeps ringing even when forwarded to other phones.

Where Phone one Rings for 10 Seconds, then rings phone 2 + 3 + 1 (Phone 1 - keeps ringing).

Any ideas?

Currently I have Phone 1 (Ext:100) rings for 10 seconds, then forward to Ring Group Ext 101 & 102, but, Ext 100 stops ringing when forwarded.

Just add ext 100 to the forward ring group - so that the group contains 100, 101 and 102
