Phone API OnCallStatusChanged not working as it used to

Hi there,

My OnCallStatusChanged event no longer executes it's code for incoming calls. It only fires for outgoing calls.

Anyone experience this problem?

I found that the problem only happens on Windows 10 machines. The API functions as it should on Windows 7 machines. :shock:

I just tested this with a simple example in Windows 10 and it works normally. What I did was this:

It is also worth noting that I tested this on V14 SP3 Single Instance with a 4SC Pro License Key.

Thanks for the response. I lost interest in troubleshooting the fault I had as I'm the only user that is not on windows 7.

I will have a closer look at your post, test further and provide feedback.
