Hello,

I recently started using 3CX with a Grandstream HT802 to connect some Vtech CS6919-4 phones. When I set the date and time on the phones it stays correct until I receive an incoming call at which point the time will always change to 3 hours and 27 minutes earlier and the date will change to approximately 3 months later. I am using Carrymynumber.com for my DID and for incoming calls and have asked them and they have said this issue has nothing to do with them. I am using voip.ms for my outgoing calls so assume they are not involved in the issue. I have looked everywhere in 3CX and in the Grandstream and can find no setting that would seem to be causing this issue. Has anyone ever experienced this issue before and knows of a fix?

I am not near my HT802 at the moment to look at where the setting is exactly.

What time zone is your HT802 set to and what NTP server is it using?

You can try to change some of the options manually in the Caller ID Scheme.

The analog phones you connected may support a different Caller ID Scheme than the one the HT802 currently sends.

Your pbx and HT802 are same time and date ? are they using same ntp server? Set in same time zone?

While the HT802 should have a default NTP server set, the fact the time and date is not simply off by several hours, suggests that the ATA is unable to constantly connect to that server.

Time zone is set to GMT-08:00 (US Pacific Time) and NTP server is set to pool.ntp.org

Are you able to point me to some documentation for changing Caller ID Scheme

Both are set to GMT-08:00 (US Pacific Time) and NTP server is set to pool.ntp.org

Does anyone know if there is a way to actually see what the date/time is currently set to in the HT802 or in 3CX?

is your pbx cloud or on premise? windows or debian?

from 3cx console , in dashboard, terminal , then date

Thanks, that confirms that the date and time are correct in 3CX

from Lan is pool.ntp.org available ?
ping is ok?
nslookup resolve?

Got this

Yep everything looks fine and time is correct to the exact second in 3CX.
