Hello all,
I had an issue updating our Azure based 3CX to V18 and needed to restore from backup. All went well but I noticed my backup files are very large (1.6GB) which means it took a while to restore. When I extracted the zip and looked in the folder I saw that most of the size is old firmware files for old phones we no longer have.
I use custom templates on some of my handsets and so I don't want to backup with the "Custom Templates, Logos, Firmwares and Faxes" checkbox unticked.
Can someone please tell me where I can delete these files from? I have SSH access and googling seems to suggest that the firmware files are stored in /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Http/Interface/provisioning/ but I just want to be sure of what I can and can't delete.
Thanks in advance.
