what is the best IP phone that can work in Mali here with the 3CX SIP Trunk system .... how does it work? does it work with a Wifi connection or without wifi ?

Also you can use 3CX windows or 3CX web application to make and receive calls

You need a SIP trunk, that you connect to 3CX. This requires an internet link,

You then connect the phones to 3CX and the 3CX system routes phone calls internally and externally using the SIP trunk connected to 3CX

IP phones all require Internet. That's what IP means : Internet Protocol.

Based on your multiple posts, I suggest you read on how VoIP works. Then, 3CX Academy will help you get comfortable with the system.

Ah ok I am understanding ... so IP requiring an internet connection by Wifi, or by Ethernet cable please.

You might want to have a read through some of this, for more of an understanding of how VoIP works.
While some VoIP systems are quite happy to function on a stand alone basis (no external calls, only extension to extension), 3CX will require an internet connection..Trunks, outside calls, do not nessisarily require a VoIP trunk (using the internet),. there are devices (gateways) that allow connections to existing phone lines, for outside calls.
