Phone just won't ring again - where to look

Hello,

I have one phone (yealink) which just stopped to ring. I can still use the phone to call someone, but incoming calls wont ring (a second phone with the same EXT. does).
That one has been already replaced, so it cannot be the hardware.

I dont know where to look now or where I can find the problem.

Confirm, in the 3CX Activity Log, if an Invite is being sent to the extension, and if not, does it show why? Maybe DND enabled, not registered?

Try dialling *60 on the device that is not receiving calls and see if that works.
