Our system didn't auto-renew like normal. I put through the payment manually.

Our phone lines are still down and our dashboard is blank.

It says switch to hosted, but we were already hosted.

@chrisryu

Please note that 3CX does not offer auto-renewals. Renewal must be process manually via your 3CX account before the expiry date.
Appropriate notifications are sent to the account registration email in addition to visible system banner notifications.

Your system is 4SC and was not renewed in time therefore your hosted instance was deleted.

Because the 3CX hosting is no longer offered with this license tier, you have the following options:
  1. Upgrade to 8SC and add 3CX hosting, then use Switch to the hosted option and your backup to restore your system.
  2. Remain in 4SC tier and reinstall in a self-hosted environment.

We'll just take a refund then and go elsewhere - it's not worth upgrading again.

Bit disappointing, especially as your platform said we have 30 days to restore the service.

Just to clarify, 30 days post-expiry grace period refers to a license subscription.
You may refer to our hosting info for more details.

If your mind is set on not continue with 3CX, you can submit a refund request with our customer service.

How do I request the refund? Every option I choose on that page leads to some AI that doesn't let me send a message. Just an email address would be fine. 3CX has turned into an odd monster in recent years.
Will try one last time or file a chargeback with our bank
