When a user have multiple phones provisioned to the same extension, under the Phone list, it only shows the first provisioned phone's MAC Address. Both phone works, without any issues. If it's the same model it's hard to decipher which one is which. I'm running on v16.0.8.9.

I would ping both of them, arp -a and delete the one with the wrong mac and re-add it.

This happens any user with multiple physical phones, regardless if they're on the same network or remote.

Hey @Tou Xiong

What you are seeing is happening due to the fact that Polycom devices, or at least these specific models, do not send their MAC address information in the "User Agent" field of the SIP REGISTER message which is what is used by 3CX to display the relative information in the Management Console's "Phones" section. For the time being there is no way to alter this behavior.

Yes, the Polycom VVX supports sending SIP User Agents.

How to enable the MAC address in an HTTP GET and SIP signaling using a configuration file

Thank you very much for the feedback. We will look into the matter and evaluate whether it is possible to implement this or something similar in future updates.
