Phone Model and Firmware Version not updating

Howdy!

I am running 3cx v11 sp4, and I just did a firmware update on a few polycoms to test, and I noticed the Phone Model and Firmware Version isn't updating in the "Phones" Section.

When I login the phone it shows the correct version. But the 3cx console doesn't appear to be updating.

I have rebooted the phones, and restarted 3cx and it still doesn't seem to update.

Any ideas?

Hi there,
One can't upgrade firmware for Polycom from the 3CX console, it has to be done through the phone interface directly.
