Phone Provisioning - Access Denied

After establishing to do Phone Provisioning to grandstream 2602, trying to access the phone from a browser got "invalid username or password"

on the phone "VPK not configured correctly" and cannot dial out

How do i access the phone using web browser
and find out why i am not able to dial out or in from the phone

to find we access to the phone went to:
1. extension
2. phone_provisioning
3. Options - Phone Web Page Password

admin is the user for the phone
and the password : Phone Web Page Password

VPK - Solved

Solution: on the grandstraem
1. on Progatmmable Keys - Virtual Multi ...
2. change key 1 and key 2 from speed dial to line

Hi @ronenba,

Please note that this is a known limitation of the IP phones in question. The first two keys must be configured as line keys.
This is mentioned in our guide we have regarding these devices.
