Solved Phone Ring-Tone-Settings dubbed

Is it true that if the user changes the ringtone on the phone, this is dubbed in the next provisioning again? If so, is it not possible for the user in his settings to permanently change the ringtone?

It is no fun for the administrator to identify and then permanently configure the tones with the users.

Would be cool if they coud do it by them selves. especially when two or more users are sitting in one room.

Yes, each time the phone provisions it will reset the ringtone.

You set the ringtone within the 3CX management console Edit the extension - phone provisioning - Configure default ringtone

End user can change it themselves, if you grant them 'Allow access to 3CX Management Console' and 'manage own Extension' which is under Rights tab

Yes, i know, that's not the question. The question is more a feature request. It would be nice if the user could do it by selfservice. Example User 1 change ringtone @ phone to 6 , user 2 change ringtone to 3
i do a new provision, ringtones a dubbed and the user did not know which ringtone he used. So i have to login in Phone, check the ringtone, set it in the extension.

So, i must check each time ringtone userchanges to fix the settings before provisionining
