Phone rings in headset when already on a call

I'm using the 3CX client on my Intel NUK using a USB headset/mic. When I am on a call and there is another incoming call, the ringing tone is audible through the headset and virtually drowns out the conversation I'm trying to have. Can anybody tell me if this issue can be resolved?

I think this is not possible for now.
You can perhaps edit ring tone file with audacity and lower the volume to avoid annoying ring when you are already in call.
