Phone system certificate

Hi,

A 3CX system is having issues with its SSL certificate, the maintenance contract is valid and so is the licence.

The URL we go to is displaying no certificate or invalid, how can I renew this as I thought it renews with the maintenance contract.

its version 16.0.6.655

You need to turn on verbose logging and send us some logs/screenshots.

Please see below, not much to go on because it has nothing to do with the below, its just the SSL certificate that is not allowing me to connect when going to the .3cx.co.uk

• 3CX Version, 16.0.6.655
• Server OS, windows 10 pro
• Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? Local onsite
• IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware N/a
• Provisioning Method: Local
• Trunk Provider or Gateway Make/Model Gamma SIP
• Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
• Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

Hi Leon,

Were you using your own custom FQDN or a 3CX provided one?

If custom FQDN -> you need to take care of your own certificates

If 3CX FQDN -> they would not expire without you (or the admin) receiving a number of warning emails that the system failed to renew them automatically
