Phonebook not displaying

Hello All

Hope all is well!

I have a small issue with our physical phones the are not displaying the phone book or the numbers that have been loaded onto the 3cx system. I am not sure what the issue could be all I know is on my 3cx mobile application I see the numbers that have been added to the contacts but on the physical phones this does not display.

All of the phones are supported by 3cx and have been updated to the latest version of their firmware.
