Hi,
I have a case here where some phones are connecting via SBC Cluster IP and some are connecting to SBC1 or SBC2, how do we control the phones to connect to the cluster IP instead of specific SBC?

See attached for reference, the 192.168.170.10 is the SBC cluster IP

Thanks!

For one of those extensions/phones, on the Phone Provisioning tab, how is IP Phone/3CX Session Border Controller set?

As @SteveITS mentioned you need to check which SBC is selected for each extension.
If this is correct then you also need to check on the local network routing.

Hi Steve, for the phones pointing to .10, they're set to blank when going to phone provisioning > SBC

the others are set to FrankfurtSBC1.

We have the same setup for 30 offices and it's been running fine since, the only change that happened is this office moved to a new location - no config changes made.

Can you select an SBC there or is the drop down blank?

@rclocherty You need to select a valid SBC in this case.
