Phones dropping in 1 user of ring groups VM when user sets status to DND and nobody else can receive that call

Ring group has 3 users, when user A goes on DND if they're out of office then when the number rings the call drops immediately into user A's voicemail instead of also ringing B and C, how can this be resolved. thanks

Its just a Teams softphone hosted on the voip and integrated in. I didn't think to disable VM on teams I tried that may work.

Users dont like their VM being disabled in teams as this is where they like to receive it, may not be viable solution.

Yeah that's not how it's meant to be used with 3CX. You need to disable the VM in Teams, otherwise it takes the routing for itself and does what you're experiencing.
