Phones not appearing in management console

Can someone please give me a hint:
no phones are displayed in the management console, although they work. Deleting them and creating new ones does not help either.

The phones are Grandstream GXP-21xx but also a Yeahlink CP960.
Nothing is displayed.

Installation: 3cx-debian on an esxi 6.7U2

I have searched the version of the 3cx in the dashboard, but can't find it. But all updates are installed. Just checked again

Kann mir bitte jemand einen Tip geben:
in der Managementconcole werden keine Telefone angezeigt, obwohl sie funktionieren. Auch Löschen und neue anlegen hilft nicht.

Die Telefone sind Grandstream GXP-21xx aber auch ein Yeahlink CP960.

Run the firewall check and see you have ports open.

Have you done something fancy with your NIC(s) on your server?

Is something blocking multicast?

Install Chrome on your PC and use it to connect to your management console, they will appear.

If you were already using it and it stopped showing the phones, then make sure Chrome is updated to V85.

If Chrome is updated and you still cannot see them, then press F12 to open the Chrome console, then right click your refresh button and press Empty Cache and Hard Reload
