Hi all.
I have to sites configured, site A and site B.
-Site A is the main site where the PABX is located. All the phones at site A works perfectly fine. Network: 192.168.31.0/24
-Site B is configured with a point to point VPN that is connected to site A. On site B i divided the network with VLANS. Having 192.168.1.0/24 as default VLAN and 192.168.10.0/24 as the LAN.
-From Site B's LAN I manage to ping the PABX.
A few months ago I've set up 3cx on a PC at site A as a temp solution. Everything was working. Even on site B. When I connected a phone to the LAN network is was being auto provisioned.
A week ago I transferred the 3cx on an VM (Hyper-V). I kept the same IP, the firewall test showed that all is ok and the dashboard didn't show any problems. But, now at site B when I connect a phone to the LAN network the phone is getting an IP from the default VLAN network thus it does not see the PABX thus it doesn't auto provision.
I'm sure that it is not a VLAN issue as if I connect another device to the same wall port/ switch port it gets an IP on the LAN network,
Has anyone encountered this before? Or maybe someone knows of a solution?
I was thinking to implement the DHCP option 66. Is it the case?
Thank you and have a good day.
