Phones starts ringing itself with weird number eg 14522

Please give me solution after few time phones starts ringing up itself with weird number.
It gets UNPROVISIONED by itself

What type of sets? All the same?
Local, or remote? SBC, VPN, STUN?
Did this just start?
Any sign of these calls in the 3CX Activity Log? If there is, then that would show origination.
If there is not, it may be a Direct SIP call attempt.

Hi Annie,

It sounds like the possibility of a ghost call potentially, can you confirm what security is in place on this network and does your VoIP Provider have policies in place to prevent malicious calls being made via their platform?

Also what phone brand and model do you have?
