php.ini - port 443

Hi,
We need to use our 443 port for https exchange server.
This is used by the PHP.INI file for a section called [Verisign Payflow Pro]

Does this is a future extension for 3CX PS or a basic setting for your PHP.INI? If so, what will be used for?

Can this can be deactivated by a ; at the beginning of the line without configuration problem in future uses?
