I've got 3cx running on a Pi finally. Couple small issues on the network side here... still working thru it. Router doesn't support SIP ALG but its coming up as an error still. Calls are coming and going without issue - and the only port opened is 5060.

My reason for coming here - backup to USB.
I have a USB Drive in the Pi. I've mounted it from the console via SSH. I've rebooted to ensure it stays mounted.
I've written a file to the directory - sudo nano /mnt/usbdisk/test.txt
It works.
However, 3cx says access to the path is denied.

Check the original backup path permissions and make the new location the same.

Well that makes too much sense... Thanks.

Also you may need to change Owner and Group to that directory
Code:
sudo chown -R phonesystem:phonesystem /mnt/usbdisk/

thats exactly what I did... (well almost... just did phonesystem)
