Hello, i've tried to upgrade 2 different PI3 B+ to V.18 but they died during the activity.
Anybody is experiencing the same or have successed upgraded PI 3 B+ to V.18?

@alberto.azzini as I can see main issue on your side is that when PBX tries to setup after database configuration and initialization, your "apt" is locked on the background from another resource of your system and this is why it fails.PBX tries multiple times to be configured but your files are locked.
This is the main issue here.

Conf 3cxpbx (18.0.0.1880 3CX:testing, 3CX:stable [armhf])

E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock-frontend - open (11: Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to acquire the dpkg frontend lock (/var/lib/dpkg/lock-frontend), is another process using it?

@NikosT_3CX Dunno, but manual reinstall after 30 minutes went correctly

@alberto.azzini then this seems that the process what was locked on the background and couldn't let the PXB finish the installation was released and PBX was able to be installed.
Script has the ability to try to prevent a lot of things in order the PBXs to not break but at the end all relies on the actual machine. We are doing this in order to save time to the admins and not re-install.
In your case now, a command to re-install brought everything back since database was already there and nothing was lost. Do you confirm this ?

I confirm. I only did a reinstall with:
It gave a lot of warnings during reinstall, the error on firewall after install. Had not to reconfigure as it recognized the configuration.
After a reboot all up and running.
